Yannix seeks Visual Effects Artists, Compositors, Generalists, Paint/Rotoscoping Artists of all levels who aspire to work on world-class Hollywood Motion Picture Post-Production for Film/Television/TVCs, and other various Special Projects.

Qualified candidates should be ready to work in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment, and aspire to deliver work at the highest level of quality.

Qualified Candidates MUST Have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Effects, Media Arts, or STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and/or Mathematics), or a Vocational Certificate in a related field
  • The ability to create and deliver world-class composites for international episodic and film projects. This includes, but is not limited to, photo-real 2D/3D element comps and clean-up, paint, and artifact removals
  • The ability to implement solutions for a VFX pipeline, including identifying efficient approaches to shots
  • The ability to work within a team to support colleagues at all levels
  • The ability to create and maintain organized scripts/node graphs
  • Knowledge of node-based compositing software, ideally Nuke or Fusion
  • The ability to composite photo-real elements and/or perform paint/clean-up for live-action projects
  • A passion for the Art and Science of Digital Compositing, and strong interest in visual narrative/storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail, and quality control
  • Pride in your work, and set high standards for yourself

 

Special consideration will be given to individuals with

  • Knowledge of color pipelines, online/VFX editing, and Nuke Studio
  • An education or interest in real-world lighting and photography
