Kang Krachan National Park, PHETCHABURI, Thailand

On this day, Yannix volunteers visited Kang Krachan National Park, part of the Kaeng Krachan Forest Group, (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Yannix employees learned how to make artificial salt licks to be used as a delivery system for providing necessary minerals and nutrients for local wildlife in an effort to help restore balance in the food chain.

Yannix thanks Mr. Yothin Panawal (Head of Tourism Services), Mr. Suthat Saphu (Department of Education and Research) and Mr. Samrong “Uncle Tia” Mi Kaew (Department of Public Relations) for shepherding Yannix volunteers and guiding our efforts on this day.
