• BS/BA in Business Administration, Communications, Social Studies, or other related field, (further HR training will be a plus)
• A minimum of 1-3 years* of proven HR Experience, or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR Functions (payroll/welfare benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) is essential
• Basic understanding of Thai Labour Laws, and accepted disciplinary procedures
• Outstanding Organizational & Time Management ability
• Bilingual language proficiency (Thai/English) with excellent verbal/written communication skills (preferential consideration will be given to candidates who are bilingual in Thai/English)
• Strong Ethics/Emotional Intelligence
