How It Works

Client Communication

Whether your project is an Episodic Television series, Streaming project, Feature Film, TVC or a Special Project, Yannix knows that we are at the front end of your pipeline.

Scheduling

Scheduling projects early allows us to plan ahead so that we can accommodate more projects and better assist our clients.

Getting Started

Yannix will provide a Project Initiation Sheet to be completed before we get started. We ask that you provide the names and contact information for those persons authorized to receive sensitive bidding/billing information during the course of your project.

Kickoff Calls

In order to ensure that we are clear regarding your needs, Yannix may ask to set up a brief phone call/review session to look at shots together with key members of your team. This will ensure the accuracy of our proposals and will serve to facilitate discussion of any items/options that may require further clarification.

Bidding/Proposals

Yannix will customarily submit an official proposal within two (2) working days from when we have received a bid package.

If we have any questions or concerns Yannix will respond ASAP via email with any items that require clarification or discussion.

Daily Progress Reports

On most business days (5 days a week excepting Holidays) Yannix provides a Daily Progress Report via email to update you regarding the status of your project.

Refinements

Client satisfaction is always our goal. Yannix understands that “Refinements” (aka “kickbacks”) are a necessary part of the process. Yannix are prepared to address any reasonable kickback note, and we never charge an additional fee to address reasonable kickbacks.

At Yannix, we can tailor our pipeline to address the specific needs of any client/project, and we can mass produce the results to meet delivery expectations in terms of quality and time.
