BANGKOK, Thailand
On Friday, January 13, Yannix’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, ‘Give it 2 Get It’ (G2G), returned after a three-year hiatus, (due to the global pandemic), to observe National Children’s Day 2023.
At the invitation of Ms. Kusuma Insamaphan, founder/director of the Small and Micro-Community Enterprise (SMCE), Yannix employee volunteers returned to the scene of the last G2G event prior to the arrival of COVID-19 where “YNX Observes National Children’s Day,” (Give It 2 Get It #33), took place in January 2020.
As Yannix volunteers arrived at Rang Ratchaphruek School (Nuchmee Uthit), they were greeted enthusiastically by
Mr. Anuwat Luesiriwatana, the school’s director/teacher and the school’s students.
In observance of the National Holiday, Yannix provided ice cream, and our employees held a toy drive so that the presents collected could be distributed as gifts to the children who attend the school.
All in all, it was a fitting return for Yannix employees to re-start the ‘Give It 2 Get It’ program after the extended down time. According to Yannix Head of Public Relations, Ms. Pooh Kohkiat, who oversees Yannix’ CSR efforts, “we are excited to finally be able to get back to being active in our community through our ‘Give It 2 Get It’ program. We are in the process of scheduling more community events and fun activities in 2023.”
Yannix would like to thank Ms. Kusuma Insamaphan, Mr. Anuwat Luesiriwatana and everyone who participated in ‘Give It 2 Get It’ #34 for helping to make National Children’s Day 2023 a wonderful event.
